Reviews and Ratings
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms were clean and big but definitely in need of some remodeling. Despite that, they were quiet and close to the elevator. The service was top-notch, particularly thanks to Roberto, who went out of his way to assist with various requests. The location was convenient, although the bustling surroundings could be overwhelming. The dining options were abundant and tasty, resembling a daily brunch feast. The pool was a refreshing amenity on-site.
My stay at the hotel was pretty amazing, with spacious rooms featuring a king bed and a large balcony offering stunning city views. The service was top-notch, with incredibly friendly and helpful staff. The location was excellent, although a bit noisy on some floors. Dining was a treat with a great variety of international and local food options. Overall, a fantastic experience with great value for money.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were excellent, offering a great view of the city, but they were a bit dated and could use some remodeling. The service was top-notch, with staff always on point, especially Oscar, Antonio, Monica, Miguel, Salvador, Toño, Juan, Refugio, Arce, and Michel, who were kind, attentive, and cheerful. The location was convenient, right across the street from Plaza del Sol, but it felt unsightly and slightly unsafe after dark. The dining options were amazing, with a variety of choices that felt like having brunch every day, but a particular dish, the Singapore noodles, stood out. Overall, it was a good experience with room for improvement.
